Search Notification - details

As part of its effort to offer more and more products at low prices, the Société des alcools du Québec launches a search notification, « Limited Editions -Low prices », and invites you to submit specialty offers for products at low prices to be sold in P11 during the "Low Price" thematic of January 2017. 

Your tenders filled online, including the non-refundable payment of CA$ 131.15, by credit card, must be submitted by Thursday, July 21st, 2016, 11:59 PM, Montreal local time - Québec (Canada) AT THE LATEST. 

To be considered in this search, please submit your offers through the program « Limited Editions and innovative products » by indicating the code PP17 in the field «Sales leaflet», section «Others», on the page «Commercial results ».  

ATTENTION : Only the offers containing the PP17 code will be analyzed in the frame of this search notification.

 Any offer submitted after this date will not be considered in this search notification.

 If the product cannot be ordered by the SAQ at the planned date, for any reason non ascribable to the SAQ, the SAQ reserves the right to cancel the adjudication.

IMPORTANT NOTES : 

• The SAQ will take charge of the enhancement of the products in its promotional tools and will ensure the merchandising in outlets, so no promotional fee will be charged to agents / suppliers as part of this search and no points will be awarded. 
• Samples and product labels will be requested during the month of August. The SAQ will communicate only with suppliers / agents whose products will be preselected.
• The introduction of the products will be in P11 2016. 
  
  
• The supplier commits to provide any possible additional order in the current search notification at the same price as the initial order. 
  
  
• please leave the field "Price, medals and press" empty in the "Commercial results" page because no points will be awarded.

  The offers presented must meet the following criteria:

 TWO (2) to THREE (3) white or red table wines : 

• Format : 1L
• Countries : France, Italy, United States, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand
• Container format : Tetra Pak or PET
• Suggested retail price : less than CA$ 8.00
• Mimimum availability 5,000 standard cases (9 litres)

• Format : 750 ml
• Countries : other than those listed in the previous need
• Asset : Eastern Europe
• Container format : glass
• Suggested retail price : less than CA$ 8.00

 The SAQ will make the final selection in order to ensure a diversity and complementarity of the offer.
