Call for Tenders - details

Within the framework of the private agreements process, the SAQ invites you to submit tenders for wines for its Regular Products catalogue to be sold in its network of outlets. In order to be selected, the products must satisfy one of the following requirements: 

• An innovating and/or pioneering product;
• A product that brings an added value noticeable by the consumer;
• A product that is a traffic builder in outlets / category;
• A product that is a discovery for the Quebec consumer.

Procedural requirements:

• All suppliers have the opportunity to offer wines (rosés, whites, reds, sparkling wines, champagnes, dessert wines, and ports) at any time through the Web catalogue, outside the call for tenders process.
• The tenders must be filled out online. Registration fees will be the same as those that apply to Regular Product Call for tenders, i.e. CA$131.15 and are non-refundable.
• Suppliers will be contacted only if SAQ is interested in their offers.
• A product selected through the "private agreements'' process can be the subject of negotiations between the SAQ and the supplier.
• The selected product must observe the applicable conditions of the SAQ Purchasing and Merchandising Policy.
• The SAQ reserves the right to not accept any of the received tenders, with no compensation to the submitters and without the SAQ being held liable for any costs or losses incurred by the submitters.

Please submit your private agreements for wines by selecting the Call for tenders tab on the online gateway you are registered.
