The Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) invites you to submit spontaneous offers for «Beer » to be sold in its network of outlets at the beginning of May 2014.

In order to fulfill the specific needs for the above mentioned category, the SAQ intends to select approximately SIX (6) beers in this search notification.

The unit and/or the packaging must be designed to ensure the inviolability of the container.

Promotional budget

A promotional budget is required to cover displays and promotion fees of 6.25% off the supplier price for all products selected for the summer campaign 2014 and must be registered in the section "Budget and others" of the submission form. If the product is selected, this budget will be invoiced directly to the supplier according to the number of cases bought by the SAQ.

In the framework of this search notification, the SAQ reserves the right to select one or more products among the not selected offers in order to fill the needs of the SAQ Dépôt. In order to be considered for SAQ Dépôt, the offer will have to include a discount of at least 15% off the supplier price. This discount will result in the participation in the "scale reduction" offered to the customer.

Some products could be selected to be commercialised for specific events such as wed events (SAQ.COM) and others.

For the selected products, the orders will be issued at the beginning of December 2013. Suppliers will have 30 days to be prepared to ship the order after the release of the purchase order.

Deposit-refund

Please take note that the beers sold at the SAQ are not governed by the agreement on non-returnable containers managed by Recyc-Québec. As a result, a supplier must include in its supplier price the amount of deposit-refund that it would normally claim from Recyc-Québec, if the SAQ was part of that agreement since this amount will not be refunded by the SAQ.

General conditions

The SAQ will carry out the final selection in order to ensure the diversity and the complementary of the offer.

Offers submitted to the SAQ Catalogue of offers will be analysed starting June 14 2013.

The code BIER14 will have to be written in the cell "Sales Leaflet" of the section "Others" of the page "Notoriety". ATTENTION: Only offers with the code BIER14 will be considered within this search notification.

Only spontaneous offers duly completed and submitted online including a non-refundable payment of CA$198.60 by credit card will be considered.
